Since early last year, I’ve been bullish with my clients on their need to adopt an AI marketing mentality before competitors overtake the top of search positioning they’ve enjoyed for the last decade.
The core AI-search consumer right now is Millennial/Gen Z, skews male, is more likely to be a parent, and is actively using it for shopping and local service discovery.
If you are in real estate, home services, therapy or any of those decision-heavy purchases, keep note AI is increasingly the first touchpoint.

If you haven’t seen them online you’ve definitely seen them on your TV. This isn’t a business operating in Marketing 101 and this is a great citation.

But, I have thoughts here.
For this type of business, a query like “who is the most trusted…” is typically just the starting point for your customer. Depending on your core service offerings, you’ll want to make sure you remain cited for those core revenue generators in your business.
Don’t get too comfortable. Your customer is using AI as their best friend. She is going to asking more questions.
